Q. Where is the ? on the classic keyboard?
A. Press the blue shift key and non alpha numerics will appear
Q. After orientation the pen is still slightly out of alignment

Q. How can the number of orientation points be increased/decreased?
A. Open the control panel from the SmartBoard icon in the system tray. Select SmartBoard settings>select Orientation/Alignment from the drop down menu
Q. Which version of the software is installed?
A. In SmartNotebook select Help>About SmartNotebook>select Technical Support – the build information will be found here.
Q. What is the hover button used for?

Hints and Tips
- Select a creamy background colour to make the screen accessible for dyslexics
- Hold finger down on edge of an object and it changes to the select tool
- Lock a pen annotation in Notebook to prevent it being erased.

- Use two flash dice from the Gallery for mental maths
